We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at info@frikoz.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Please note that we only accept returns for items that are unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you would like to start the return process, please email us at info@frikoz.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and may take up to 7 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
