Please note that we only accept returns for items that are unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If you would like to start the return process, please email us at info@frikoz.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and may take up to 7 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
